Vendor billing schedules
TRANSCRIBED FROM EACH SIGNED CONTRACTOne card per contract-signed vendor. Pending vendors don't show up here — their billing terms haven't been agreed yet. After signing, transcribe the exact milestones from the contract PDF; the portal mirrors what you enter so the client sees the same schedule they signed.
