Your profile picture
Appears as your avatar across the planner — sidebar, comment threads, activity feed. When no picture is uploaded, your initials render in a circle as the fallback.
Client profile pictures
Clients upload their profile pictures from the client portal. Those uploads flow back to the planner via the portal-pull pipeline (deferred — Phase 2+ cloud-agent coordination on the protocol).
Today you can manually upload a picture on behalf of a client from their client detail page → Edit primary contact.
